At Hiwa Rauf for Investment and Development (HRID) we work with the local Government to implement projects for the Public benefit. Often permission for our large-scale projects such as Downtown and the Hilton by DoubleTree is granted on the condition that we, the developer complete a community service project (CSP).  We are proud to be a pioneer in this area within the Kurdistan Region.

At HRID we are proud to have invested in three government and community service initiatives projects so far, they include the Said Sadiq Grain Silos, the ‘Fermangakan’ local government complex (for the Ministry of Trade and Industry) and a pedestrian bridge on the Malik Mahmoud Road.
