Emerging Talent Program at Hiwa Rauf for Investment and Development (HRID)

This year, HRID proudly launched the first cohort of the (Emerging Talent Program), a three-month initiative designed to provide fresh graduates with real-life, hands-on experience across HRID departments, focusing on the departments of engineering and IT.

The program also focuses on providing an opportunity for women entering the industry of construction, to showcase their capacity and become part of the industry’s talent pool.

We’re happy to share that the successful apprentices have now joined HRID as full-time employees!
