Development Strategy: Is rooted in creating long-term value
At Hiwa Rauf for Investment and Development (HRID), we work with the local Government to implement projects for the public benefit. Often permission for our large-scale projects, such as Downtown is granted on the condition that we, the developer complete a community service project (CSP). We are proud to be a pioneer in this area within the Kurdistan Region.
